Jamie was part of our Instructability programme back in 2017, where people with disabilities are supported to become fitness instructors. Jamie has remained with the HDSF team as a volunteer assisting mainly in cycling and outdoor activities at Stanborough Park.
Jamie is also now a member of the Hertfordshire Physical Disability and Sensory Needs co-production board as an expert by experience.
